Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery:

Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.

Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Gift cards, clearance items, or final sale products (if applicable).
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.

If the item is damaged or incorrect, include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Return Approval
Once your return request is approved:

We will arrange a pickup where available, or

You may be asked to ship the product to our return address.
Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:

Approved refunds will be transferred via bank transfer, UPI, or another agreed payment method.

Customers may be asked to provide accurate bank account or UPI details to complete the refund.
Exchange Policy
We offer replacements or exchanges for products that are:

Damaged during transit.

Defective.

Incorrectly delivered.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if eligible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
