  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders as displayed during checkout.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, the order may be returned to us.

International Shipping

Currently, RSshopy ships only within India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
