At RSshopy, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your order.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order Number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you may be eligible to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation by RSshopy

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to a technical error.

  • Payment could not be verified or was unsuccessful.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Delivery is not possible to the provided address.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and any payment received will be refunded in full.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Online Payments: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If no payment has been collected, no refund is required. If a prepaid amount was collected for any reason, it will be refunded through bank transfer, UPI, or another agreed payment method.

Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
