1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • You received the wrong size, color, or model.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

Conditions for return approval:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care products
  • Innerwear, socks, and undergarments
  • Food items and perishable goods
  • Items purchased during clearance sales

We recommend checking the product description carefully before placing an order.


3. Return Process

  1. Submit a Request
    • Go to the “My Orders” section on RSshopy.com.
    • Click “Request Return” and provide a valid reason.
  2. Pickup/Drop-off
    • Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address, or we will guide you on the nearest drop-off point.
  3. Product Inspection
    • Once we receive the product, our quality team will inspect it.
    • If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

After successful inspection, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.

Note: In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details for the refund.


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll ship the new product once your returned item passes the quality check. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated time:

  • First, check your bank account or payment wallet.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider; sometimes delays occur on their end.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment without any charges.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You can, however, request a return after delivery.
